Meet Soph!

Hi, I'm Soph! I'm 31, riddled with ADHD and have been since my diagnosis at age 11. I can honestly say life has felt like an absolute whirlwind, in some of the best and worst ways imaginable.

I left school at 15 and started work as soon as possible, however I felt like the odd one out because since the age of 15, no job has ever felt right for me. I tried for so long, to fit into systematic expectations and to shrink myself/my needs for others to feel comfortable. Whilst doing this, I struggled with addiction, both to substances and alcohol. It's been a very long journey but I'm now grateful for every second of it.

I was arrested for drink driving in October 2025, which then led me to leave my job as a Manager in a small restaurant chain. The job forced me to work many hours, having no time for myself, friends or family. It also meant my relationship with alcohol became even more toxic.

Since my arrest, I quit alcohol, I quit the unhealthy job and started to do some really serious inner work. I started a podcast where I talk openly about my diagnosis and life struggles, I have connected with like-minded inspiring individuals and NOW I have my own business to help YOU live your best life.

No matter what life throws at you, I promise it DOES get better!
